NTPC LIMITED INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 100 ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE TRAINEES (ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONICS/ INSTRUMENTATION). LAST DATE — 06/07/2020
ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE TRAINEE
No. of Vacancies: 100 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Electrical- 30 posts (UR-18, OBC-07, SC-04, ST-01)
ii) Mechanical- 45 posts (UR-25, OBC-11, SC-06, ST-03)
iii) Electronics/ Instrumentation- 25 posts (UR-13, OBC-06, SC-04, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: i) Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/ AMIE with not less than 65% marks in respective discipline. Final year/ semester students are also eligible to apply, subject to obtaining at least 65% marks in engineering degree.
ii) Candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)- 2020 in the Corresponding GATE Paper. For details please see the Official Advt.
Note:- SC, ST and PwBD candidates with at least 55% marks in qualifying examination are eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 06/07/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.50000 — Rs.160000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The selected candidates will undergo one year training at various place.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of GATE- 2020 marks, Group Discussion and Interview.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO NTPC LIMITED AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
