1. JOINT GENERAL MANAGER/ DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER- HR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Two-years full time Post graduate Degree/ Equivalent course in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management from recognized Institute with good academic record with minimum 60% (50% for SC/ ST candidates) aggregate marks of all semesters.
ii) Pass Class in Professional qualification.
iii) Additional degree in Law will be an added advantage.
Experience: Should have 19 years/ 16 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 47 years/ 42 years as on 01/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.43200 — Rs.66000/ Rs.32900 — Rs.58000
2. MANAGER/ DEPUTY MANAGER-PROJECTS & PRODUCTS
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engg. with aggregate of at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST candidates) from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) MBA/ PG Degree in Management Course are preferable.
Experience: Should have 09 years/ 05 years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years/ 32 years as on 01/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.24900 — Rs.50500/ Rs.20600 — Rs.46500
3. OFFICER- LEGAL
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Full time Law Graduate (L.L.B Degree) with aggregate of at least 60% (50% for SC/ ST candidates) aggregate marks of all semesters from recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: i) Should have 02 to 03 years post qualification experience.
ii) Experience in Company Legal matters like service matters, techno commercial matters etc is compulsory.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.16400 — Rs.40500
4. DEPUTY ENGINEER
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering with minimum 75% (65% for SC/ ST candidates) aggregate marks in all semesters from recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: Should have 02 years post qualification experience.
Desirable: MBA Degree from a reputed recognized University/ College/ Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01/02/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.16400 — Rs.40500
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Permanent basis.
The selected candidates will be on Probation for one year (which may be extended if performance not found satisfactory).
