1. Management Trainee (Engineering)
— Chemical: 9 Nos.
— Civil: 5 Nos.
— Mechanical: 5 Nos.
Qualification: Full time Engineering Degree course, i.e. -B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc (Engg) in relevant discipline with minimum 65% marks or equivalent grade
2. Management Trainee (HR)
Qualification: Full time MBA degree in HR/ Personnel Management OR PG Degree/ PG Diploma in HR/ PM&IR OR MSW with minimum 65% or equivalent grade.
Age Limit: Maximum 25yrs as on 01-07-2014. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 10 years for PWD- Un-reserved (UR), 13 years for PWD-OBC(Non-Creamy Layer) and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates.
Emoluments and Pay Scale: During the one year training period, the monthly emoluments shall be Rs.35,000/- + Rs.5000/- for Accommodation & Transport plus other allowances as per norms.
On successful completion of training, the Management Trainees will be considered for absorption in the regular pay scale of Rs.24900-50500.
Candidates’ Selection: The selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Interview. The candidates short-listed in the written test shall only be eligible to appear for interview. See the PDF file given below for selection norms and syllabus.
Written Test will be at centres across the Country.
For State West Bengal, the examination Centre will be Kolkata.
Tentative date of examination is first week of December, 2014
Eligible candidates will be intimated by e-mail / SMS in due course for downloading of Admit card from EIL website.
The selected candidates shall undergo training of one year at any of its offices – Head Office – New Delhi, R&D Centre- Gurgaon, Regional Offices at Chennai/ Vadodara/ Kolkata, Branch Office at Mumbai, Inspection Offices or Project Sites etc. in India.
Application Fee: Rs.300/- for General and OBC candidates. Fee can be paid through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card option.
Candidate may also submit payment through any SBI branch with a print out of PAP (Pre Acknowledgement Payment) form generated on Payment portal.
The SC / ST / PWD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

On successful completion of registration process, an auto generated mail shall be sent on the registered email Id of the applicant. Candidates must also print-out the system generated Registration Slip which will appear on the computer screen. Retain the print-out safely for future correspondence.
