Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), West Bengal Regional Office (ESI Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and ESIC Hospital and Occupational Disease Centre (EZ), Kolkata)is inviting Online application for the recruitment in the posts of – Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Nursing Orderly, Dresser, Technician and Etc. 1. Staff Nurse: 30 Nos. (Gen—16; SC—8; OBC—6)
Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwife or equivalent and Registered as Nurse with Nursing Council.
Age: within 37yrs.

2. Occupational Therapist: 1 Nos (Gen)
Qualification: 10+2/ Higher Secondary with Science and 3yrs of Degree course or Diploma Training Course in Ocupational Therapist plus 6 months of internship in the field.
Age: within 32yrs.

3. Dental Hygienist: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Degree in Science (Biology) and Diploma in Dental Hygienist and must be registered with Dental Council as dental hygienist as well as 2yrs of experience in the field.
Age: within 32yrs.

4. Pharmacist (Allopathic): 9 Nos. (Gen—5; SC—2; OBC—1)
Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy/Sr.Secondary with Diploma in pharmacy and must be registered under Pharmacy Act. 1948
Age: within 32yrs.

5. Auxiliary Nurse Midwife: 9 Nos. (Gen—6; SC—2; OBC—1)
Qualification: Higher Secondary and diploma in Auxiliary Nursing or Midwifery And one year of experience in the field.
Age: within 32yrs.

6. Lab Assistant: 1 Nos. (Gen—1)
Qualification: Sr. Secondary/ (10+2) or equivalent qualification with Diploma in MLT
Age: within 32yrs.

7. Nursing Orderly: 18 Nos. (Gen—10; SC—4; OBC—4)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass and elementary knowledge of First Aid plus one year of experience in handling and dressing wounds.
Age: within 27yrs.

8. Dresser: 5 Nos. (Gen—4; SC—1)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass  and 2yrs of experience in Orthopedic unit.
Age: within 27yrs.

9. Linen Keeper: 1 Nos (Gen)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass and One year experience in handling of linen
Age: within 27yrs.

10. Dietician: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Masters Degree in Dietetics or Nutrition or in Home Science with Nutrition as a subject OR B.Sc. (Home Science with Nutrition as special subject) from a recognized University or equivalent with Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from a recognized Institution and One year practical experience in the Dietetics Department of a Hospital.
Age: within 32yrs.

11. Blood Bank Technician: 5 Nos. (Gen—3; SC—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: Degree in Science and 2 years experience in Blood Bank Laboratory Techniques OR Senior Secondary / 10+2 or equivalent with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology and 2yrs of experience in Blood Bank Laboratory Techniques.
Age: within 32yrs.

12. Lab Technician: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Senior Secondary / 10+2 or equivalent qualification with Diploma in MLT and one year of experience in the field.
Age: within 32yrs.

13. E.C.G. Technician: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Science graduate preferably with one year experience of handling of ECG machine OR Sr.Secondary /10+2 or equivalent qualification with three years experience of handling ECG Machine in a re cognized institution
Age: within 32yrs.

14. Medical Record Technician (Jr.): 3 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent and should have done 6 months training course for Medical Record Technician OR should have atleast 6 months experience of working in the Record Registration and Statistical Section of a recognized / registered hospital specially in coding and indexing work.
Candidates must have computer knowledge.
Age: within 27yrs.

15. Medical Record Officer: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Degree in any discipline and one year of training course in Medical Record Keeping.  Candidates should have knowledge in Computer.
Age: within 32yrs.

Upper age relaxation: age relaxation is as per norms. For OBC—3yrs; SC—5yrs; PH—10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Govt. Servants/ Employees – as per norms.

Application fee: Fee of Rs.125 or Rs.225 (as applicable according to Grade pay) is to be paid through Fee challan which can be generated form ESIC website and can be deposited in any branch of SBI (Refer the website for details).
SC/ST/PH/Ex-Serviceman and Govt. Employees do not need to pay Application fee.

Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination. Written test will be held at different venues in Kolkata on 23. 12.2012. Candidates may download their Admit Card from the official website in due course.
