Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Gujarat Regional Office, is recruiting Meritorious Sportsperson for the post of – Upper Division Clerk and Multi-Tasking Staff. Meritorious sportsperson who meets the below qualification norms may apply for the post on the prescribed Application format. Brief information is given below —
1. Upper Division Clerk: 6 Nos.

— Volleyball (men): 2 Nos.

— Table tennis (men): 1 Nos.
— Table tennis (women): 1 Nos.

Qualification Required: Degree and working knowledge of computer such as MS Office and Databases.
Age Limits: between 18yrs to 27yrs as on Last Date of application.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay: Rs.2400/-
Multi Tasking Staff: 1 Nos.
Sport wise vacancies —
— Football (men): 1 Nos.
Qualification Required: Matriculation or equivalent.
Age Limits: between 18yrs to 25yrs as on last date of application.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1800/-
Sports Qualification (For both posts): The candidate should have represented the country in an International competition / State in a National competition / University in an inter-University competition with distinction/State schools in the National Sports / games of Schools.

Upper age relaxation for General – 5yrs; OBC—8yrs; SC/ST—10yrs.
Application fee: Rs. 225 for the post of Upper Division Clerks and Rs.125/- for the post of Multi Tasking Staff.
No Application fee required in case of SC/ST/PWD/ Departmental candidates/ Female candidates and Ex-Serviceman.
Application fee is to paid in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “ESI Fund, Account No.1 ” and payable at – Ahmadabad.
