EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ENGINEER/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Total Vacancies: 08 Nos. (UR-04, SC-02, ST-01, OBC-01)
Name of the Disciplines: Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ BSL/ IT/ Procurement/ Finance/ HR.
POST WISE QUALIFICATION ARE GIVEN BELOW:
A. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ENGINEER (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical):
i) Three years Diploma in Civil/ PHE/ Environmental/ Electrical/ Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Graduate Engineers in Civil/ PHE/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from recognised University/ Institute having minimum 03 years of experience can also apply.
B. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ENGINEER (BSL):
i) Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Graduate Engineers in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from recognised University/ Institute having minimum 03 years of experience can also apply.
C. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ENGINEER (IT):
i) Bachelor in Computer Applications/ Bachelor’s Degree with Post graduate Diploma in Computer Applications/ IT/ Three years Diploma in E&C Engineering with minimum 60% marks from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Graduate Engineers in IT/ Computer Science/ E&C Engineering/ MCA with minimum 60% marks from recognised University/ Institute having minimum 03 years of experience can also apply.
D. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ENGINEER (PROCUREMENT):
i) Three years Diploma in Bio-Medical Engineering/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
ii) Graduate Engineers in Bio-Medical Engineering/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering with minimum 60% marks from recognised University/ Institute having minimum 03 years of experience can also apply.
E. SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (FINANCE):
i) CA-inter/ ICWA-Inter with knowledge of direct & indirect taxes, income tax, service tax, labour cess, GST etc.
ii) CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance with minimum 60% marks) with minimum 03 years of experience can also apply.
F. SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (HR):
i) BBA/ Bachelor’s degree with two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management from reputed University/ Institute with specialization in HRM/ PM/ IR as major subject with minimum 60% marks.
ii) Candidates with MBA (HR) having minimum 60% marks from reputed University/ Institute with minimum 03 years of experience can also apply.
EXPERIENCE: Post qualification experience of 08 years for all the above posts (See official adv for details. Link given below).
AGE LIMIT: Maximum 40 years as on 01.09.2019.
PAY SCALE: Rs.29000- 110000/-
NOTE: For all the above said posts, candidates must have excellent knowledge of working on Computers, including software viz. MS Office, MS Projects, Primavera etc.
