I. FOR DISTRICT LEVEL
1. DISTRICT PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
No. of Vacancies: 38 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation in Social Work/ PGD in Healthcare or MBA/ Master of Health Administration/ Hospital Management or Master of Public Health from recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in implementation of government health or related programmes.
Desirable: Minimum 02 years of experience in implementation of government health insurance programmes or insurance industry or TPA.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/08/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.42,000/- per month.
2. DISTRICT MANAGER- IT
No. of Vacancies: 38 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MCA or Post-graduation in Computer Science/ IT or MBA in IT/ CS or B.Tech in IT/ CS or BE in IT/ CS from recognized University/ Institution.
Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in implemention and managing information systems.
Desirable: i) Experience in data analysis/ data mining/ data warehousing/ business intelligence.
ii) Experience in health industry would be an advantage.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/08/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
3. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (DISTRICT)
No. of Vacancies: 38 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduation from a recognized University with Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA).
ii) Proficiency in Hindi and English typing @ 30 wpm, 300 words in 10 minutes.
Experience: Minimum 01 year experience in related field.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years as on 01/08/2019.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20,000/- per month.
II. FOR STATE LEVEL
4. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (STATE)
No. of Vacancies: 12 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Graduation from a recognized University with Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA).
ii) Proficiency in Hindi and English typing @ 30 wpm, 300 words in 10 minutes.
Experience: Minimum 02 years experience in related field.

The vacancies are under Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojna (AB-PMJAY) at District and State Level. The candidates will be appointed on Contractual basis initially for a period of Three (03) years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate.
Reserved Category candidates from the states other than Bihar will be treated as General Category candidates.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for EWS/BC/EBC and 10 years for PWD category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test and Interview wherever applicable. The Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test and Interview will be conducted in Patna. The tentative date of Computer Based Test (CBT) is 11th October, 2019.
