1. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (MINING)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Mining Engineering with 1st Class MMCC.
Experience: i) Should have 12 years of post qualification relevant experience.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency as well as having exposure in IT/ Software enabled mine planning, design, development.
Age Limit: Maximum 44 years as on 31/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.78,800/- to 1,30,400/-

 

2. SENIOR MANAGER (MINING)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Mining Engineering with 1st Class MMCC.
Experience: i) Should have 08 years of post qualification experience.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency as well as having exposure in IT/ Software enabled mine planning, design, development.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 31/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 1,12,100/-

 

3. MANAGER (MINING)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Mining Engineering with 1st Class MMCC.
Experience: i) Should have 04 years of post qualification experience.
ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having Unrestricted Competency as well as having exposure in IT/ Software enabled mine planning, design, development.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 31/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 1,12,100/-

 

4. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (GEOLOGY)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Degree in Geology or Applied Geology or B.Tech. in Geology from ISM.
Experience: i) Should have at least 12 years’ of post qualification experience.
ii) Exposure to mine planning & drawing software will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 44 years as on 31/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.78,800/- to 1,30,400/-

 

5. MANAGER (PERSONNEL)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in Personnel/ HR/ Industrial Relation from recognized Institute or Master’s/ Post Graduation in Social Welfare/ Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: i) Should have at least 04 years’ post qualification experience.
ii) Knowledge & experience in SAP & implementation of SAP HR Modules will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 31/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 1,12,100/-

 

6. MANAGER (FINANCE)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Associate/ Fellow member of ICAI/ ICWAI or MDA/ PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/ Institute.
Experience: i) Should have 04 years post qualification relevant experience.
ii) Knowledge & experience in SAP-FICO Module will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 36 years as on 31/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 1,12,100/-

 

7. DEPUTY MANAGER (FINANCE)
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Associate/ Fellow member of ICAI/ ICWAI or MDA/ PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized University/ Institute.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years as on 31/01/2019.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from any recognised University and should be an Ex-Serviceman not below the rank of Major of the Indian Army or its equivalent rank in Navy/ Air force/ Para Military Forces.
Experience: Should have 08 years’ experience in Defence Service or Paramilitary Force.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years as on 31/01/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.67,700/- to 1,12,100/-

 

The selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of One year.
