OFFICERS (UNDER DIRECT CATEGORY)
Educational Qualification: Master degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Law/ Business Administration (MBA-HR/ Finance/ Marketing) OR CA/ ICWA/ CFA.
Experience: Minimum of 07 years experience or professional experience of minimum of 02 years for candidates with the qualification of CA/ ICWA/ CFA/ Law/ MBA-HR/ Finance/ Marketing.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
2. JUNIOR EXECUTIVES (UNDER PROBATIONARY CATEGORY)
Educational Qualification: Second Class Graduate from Commerce/ BBA, CA, B.Sc with Computer Science or Graduate with 50% of marks from Arts/ Science or Post graduate in Commerce/ Finance/ Law/ Business Administration (MBA-HR/ Finance/ Marketing)/ Computer Application (MCA) from recognised University with the knowledge of Computer operations.
Experience: Minimum of 02 years/ 05 years experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.
3. ASSISTANTS (UNDER PROBATIONARY CATEGORY)
Educational Qualification: Second class Graduate from Commerce/ Computer Application (BCA)/ Business Administration (BBA), BSC with Computer Science or Graduate with 50% of marks from Arts/ Science, or its equivalent from recognised University with knowledge of Computer operations.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 31/03/2019.
4. SUB-STAFF/ DRIVER (UNDER PROBATIONARY CATEGORY)
Educational Qualification: Passed VIII Standard (minimum) with two/ four wheeler Driving Licence.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 31/03/2019.
The candidates should be resident of State of Goa.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Written Examination/ Oral Interview.
