EXECUTIVE TRAINEE
No. of Vacancies: 200 Nos. (UR-76, EWS-18, SC-31, ST-15, OBC (NCL)-60)
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Mechanical- 85 posts
ii) Chemical- 20 posts
iii) Electrical- 40 posts
iv) Electronics- 08 posts
v) Instrumentation- 07 posts
vi) Civil- 35 posts
vii) Industrial & Fire Safety- 05 posts
Educational Qualification:
i) BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering)/ 05 year Integrated M.Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in respective engineering disciplines from recognized University/ Institute.
ii) Candidates must have a valid GATE-2018 or GATE-2019 or GATE-2020 Score in the same engineering discipline as the qualifying degree discipline (except for Industrial & Fire Safety discipline).
iii) For Industrial & Fire Safety discipline, candidates must have a valid GATE-2018 or GATE-2019 or GATE-2020 Score in Mechanical/ Chemical discipline with engineering degree in Health Safety & Environment/ Fire & Safety Engineering/ Safety & Fire Engineering/ Industrial & Fire Safety Engineering/ Fire Technology & Safety.
Age Limit: Maximum 26 years as on 02/04/2020.
Basic Pay: Rs.56100 per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The selected candidates will be required to undergo One year orientation training. Monthly Stipend of Rs.55,000/- will be paid to the candidates during the training period.
Candidates’ Selection: The candidates will be selected on the basis of valid GATE 2018, GATE 2019 and GATE 2020 Scores and Personal Interview. The Interviews are scheduled tentatively in the 4th week of April, 2020. Interviews will be conducted in four cities namely Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Bengaluru.
