1. FINANCE EXECUTIVE
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Final Pass in CA/ ICWA.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 03/03/2020.
Emoluments: Rs.40230 per month
2. FINANCE EXECUTIVE TRAINEE
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Two years MBA with Finance specialization or equivalent course from recognized Institute/ Universities with minimum 60% aggregate marks (58% aggregate marks for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 03/03/2020.
Stipend: Rs.18000 for 1st year and Rs.19000 for 2nd year.
3. HR EXECUTIVE TRAINEE
No. of Vacancies: 16 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR/ Social work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial relations/ HR, MBA with specialization in HR or its equivalent course from recognized Institute/ Universities with minimum 60% aggregate marks (58% aggregate marks for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 03/03/2020.
Stipend: Rs.18000 for 1st year and Rs.19000 for 2nd year.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ PWD and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The vacancies are for HR and Finance Departments of Units/ Offices of ITI Limited across India. The candidates selected as Finance Executive Trainee and HR Executive Trainee will be on Training for a period of two years. After successful completion of training, candidates will be inducted on Grade II Pay Scale on Tenure basis for a period of Five (05) years.
