1. EXECUTIVE TRAINEE- MECHANICAL
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University securing not less than 65% marks in aggregate (55% in the case of SC/ST candidates and 55% in the case of PwBD candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 18/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
2. EXECUTIVE TRAINEE- NAVAL ARCHITECTURE
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University securing not less than 65% marks in aggregate (55% in the case of SC/ST candidates and 55% in the case of PwBD candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 18/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
3. EXECUTIVE TRAINEE- FINANCE
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (OBC-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 18/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
4. EXECUTIVE TRAINEE- HUMAN RESOURCE
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: i) Degree with minimum of 65% marks in aggregate (55% in the case of SC/ST and PwBD candidates) from a recognized University.
ii) Two years Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Degree/ Diploma with specialization in HR/ Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management, from a recognized University/ Institute, with minimum of 65% marks in aggregate (55% in the case of SC/ST candidates and 55% in the case of PwBD candidates).
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as on 18/09/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.40000-140000/-
The candidate selected as Executive Trainee will undergo One year training. During the training period, candidates will be paid a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs.50,000/-.
The candidates are liable to be posted in Kochi/ anywhere in projects in India or abroad.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Online Test, Group Discussion, Writing Skills and Personal Interview. The Online test is tentatively scheduled in 1st/ 2nd week of October 2019. The Online test will be held at various test centres in Kerala- Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode/ Malappuram. The Group Discussion, Writing Skills and Personal Interview will be held at Cochin Shipyard Limited, Kochi.
