Educational Qualification:
(i) For Management Trainee (General/Depot/Movement): Graduate degree or equivalent with 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST/PWD candidates) OR CA/ICWA/CS.

(ii) For Management Trainee (Accounts): Candidates should be in membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/The Institute of Cost Accountants of India/The Institute of Company Secretaries of India OR B.Com and 2 years Full Time Post Graduate/MBA in Financial Degree/Diploma OR 3 years Post Graduate Part Time MBA in Financial Degree/Diploma OR Post Graduate MBA (Financial) Degree /Diploma by distance education mode recognized by UGC-
AICTE-DEC Joint Committee.

(iii) For Management Trainee (Technical): B.Sc. (Agriculture) / B.Tech / BE in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Agricultural Engg. / Bio Technology.

(iv) For Management Trainee (Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering): Degree in respective Engineering or equivalent.

(v) For Manager (Hindi): Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the Degree Level OR Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the Degree Level OR Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi and English as a subject at the Degree Level OR Master’s Degree in any subject with English medium and Hindi as a subject at the Degree Level OR Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a subject at the Degree Level.
Candidates must have 5 years experience of terminological work in Hindi and/ or translation work from English to Hind or vice-versa preferably of technical or scientific literature OR 5 years experience of teaching/research writing or journalism in Hindi.

 

Stipend (for Trainees): Management Trainees will undergo training for six months. During training period Stipend of Rs.16,000/- per month shall be paid. After completion of training, candidates Pay Scale will be Rs.16400/- to Rs.40500/- per month.

For Manager Hindi: Rs.16400/-to Rs.40500/- per month as Stipend plus other allowances as per govt. norms.

 

Age Limit (for all posts): Maximum 28 years for Manager Trainees and Maximum 35 years for Manager Hindi as on 01.08.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years, PWD is 10 years and others – as per govt. norms.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.

Application Fee: Candidates shall pay Rs.600/- through SBI Internet Banking, other major bank’s Internet Banking; Debit/Credit Cards OR through e-challan at SBI branches

No Application Fee for SC/ST/PWD and Female candidates.
