FIELD ASSISTANT (TRAINEE)
No. of Vacancies: 2900 Nos. (ST-29, SCA-87, SC-435, MBC-580, BC-769, BCM-101, GT-899)
Educational Qualification: i) ITI (National Trade certificate/ National Apprenticeship certificate) in Electrician OR Wireman OR Electrical Trade under Centre of Excellence Scheme.
ii) Candidates should possess an adequate knowledge of the official language of the State i.e. Tamil. For details please see the Official Advt.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years as on 01/07/2019.
Pay Scale: Rs.18800 — Rs.59900
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST/ Destitute Widows of all castes, 02 years for MBC/DC, BCO, BCM and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The candidates will be appointed on Direct Recruitment basis.
The selected candidates will be placed on three (03) months training period.
