19 Field Man and Field Assistant in Central Research Institute for Jute and Allied Fibre

Kolkata—Central Research Institute for Jute and Allied Fibres is recruiting 19 FieldMan fr the post of “Field Assistant (T-III) Category-II” and “Field Man (T-I) Category-I”. No of Vacant posts and details given below:

1. Field Man: 7 Posts (gen-6; OBC-1) (Serial No-02)
Madhyamik pass candidates with One year course of Agriculture certificate from govt. recognized institute or training centre can apply for the post of Field Man. Higher Secondary Pass with subject of Agriculture is desirable.
Pay scale: Rs.5200-20200, Grade pay: Rs.2000

2. Field Assistant: 12 Posts (Gen-7, OBC-5), among them 1 is for Ex-Serviceman. Serial No-01
B.Sc in Agriculture done candidates can apply for the post of Field Assistant. Working experience in field, Laboratory analysis, General Corp Husbandry, Sampling, Data Recording and Analysis and Computer knowledge is desirable. Pay scale: Rs.5200-20200, Grade pay: Rs.2800

For the both of above post, age should be within 30 years as on 1-4-2011. Age relaxation—SC/ST- 5yrs, OBC-3 yrs and PH and Ex-Serviceman- as per govt. norms and rule

Candidates’ selection will be through Written Exam and Interview.

Candidates should enclose all the attested copies of educational, work experience and caste certificate, along with it a Bank Draft of Rs.100 should be enclosed. Bank Draft should be in favour of “ICAR UNIT CRIJAF” and payable at “Barrackpore”. Bank Draft is not required for SC/ST and women. On the back side of the draft, write clearly your name and address along with name of the post and post serial no.

Candidates willing to apply for both of the above mentioned post should submit two different application form and Bank Draft separately.
