21 FAD, C/O 56 APO is recruiting 37 persons for the post of “Fireman”, “Fitter” and “Mazdoor”. Madhyamik pass boys and ITI Trade certificate holders may apply for the post. Application form should reach within 13th April 2012. Details below—

1. Fireman
Vacancies: 10 Nos. (Gen-5; SC-1; ST-1; OBC-3). Out of them for PH-1nos, Sportsperson- 1nos. and Ex-serviceman- 1nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik (Matriculation) pass candidates may apply for the post. Candidates should be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duty.
Height and weight: Height—165cms (concession of 2.5cm in height shall be allowed to the ST candidates)
Weight—Minimum 50 kgs
Chest (Unexpanded/ Expanded): 81.5cms/ 85cms
Endurance/ Physical Ability Test:-
(i) Carrying a man of 63.5 kgs to a distance of 183 mtrs within 96 seconds
(ii) Long jump of 2.7 mtrs.
(iii) Climbing of 3mtrs vertical rope using hands and feets.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1900

2. Fitter: 1 Nos. (Gen)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass boys with ITI diploma in relevant trade. Preference will be given to the candidates who have work experience in  Govt. sector.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay: Rs.1900

3. Mazdoor: 26 Nos. (Gen-14; SC-2; ST-3; OBC-7). Out of them for PH-1nos, Sportsperson- 1nos. and Ex-serviceman- 1nos.
Qualification: Madhyamik pass candidates with well able body capable of lifting heavy package of stores.
Pay scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay—Rs.1800

Age limit: For all the above posts, candidates should be within 18yrs to 25yrs. Age relaxation for OBC- 3yrs; SC/ST-5yrs, PH- 10yrs; Sportsperson- 5yrs and Ex-serviceman—as per norms.

Candidates will be selected through Written Test/ Endurance Test and Interview. date and venue will be informed later to the candidates. Questions for the written test will be of Class-X standard
During Interview, candidates should bring all the documents in original and two passport size photograph.

• Two passport size photographs attested by Gazetted Officer (one copy pasted on application and other on Acknowledgement card)
