45 COMPANY ARMY SERVICE CORPS (SUPPLY) TYPE B IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 15 POSTS OF FIREMAN. LAST DATE — 13/10/2019
FIREMAN
No. of Vacancies: 15 Nos. (UR-09, SC-02, OBC-04. Out of which, 01 post is reserved for ESM)
Educational Qualification:
i) 10th Standard pass from a recognized Board or equivalent.
ii) Must be conversant with the use and maintenance of all types of extinguishers, hose fittings, fire appliances and equipments fire engines, trailer, pumps, foam branches.
iii) Must be familiar with the use and maintenance of first-aid, fire fighting appliances and Trailer Fire Pump.
iv) Must know elementary principles of Fire Fighting methods employed in fighting different types of fire.
v) Must be conversant with foot and appliance Fire Service Drills and be able to perform the task allotted to the members of fire crew.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900-45700/-
Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.

The Probation period will be two years.
The cutoff date for Age limit will be the last date of receipt of application.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Physical Standards:
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cms (162.5 cms for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 81.5 cms; Chest (expanded) — 85 cms; Weight — 50 Kgs (Minimum).
Note: The candidate must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Test, Endurance Test and Written Test. Document verification/ Tests will be at Reception Centre (Recruitment Cell) of 45 Company Army Service Corps (Supply) Type ‘B’ or at a place decided and promulgated by Appointing Authority.
