Under Central government ministry of Defense, the recruitment of 40 Fireman is going to be held. The candidates with following qualification and body fitness can apply for the post.
Post: Fireman
Qualification: Madhyamik Pass (Class 10 passed).
Physical fitness:
Height- 156 cm without shoes/slippers
Chest – without air:81.5 cm; with air 85cm.
Weight- minimum 50kg
Age: 18-25 yrs as from 03-12-2010 (Age relaxation: SC/ST- 5yrs, OBC- 3yrs and Ex-serviceman- as per rule)
Vacancy: 40 (GEN- 21, OBC-11, SC-8)
Salary: Rs.5200- 20200 per month
Selection procedure: First physical fitness, if passed endurance test will be taken
Endurance test: (a) Candidates will have to cover 183 Mtrs. within 19 seconds with laden with loads of 63.5 kg. (b) With a help of rope candidates will have to climb 3 mtrs height. (c) Running of 1.5 km within 6 minutes. (d) With paired leg hopping of 2.7 mtrs.
Selected candidates will be call for test and interview. Numbers of vacancies X 10 (exceeding) will be called for interview.
