FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA (FCI) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 89 ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (GENERAL ADMINISTRATION/ TECHNICAL/ ACCOUNTS/ LAW) AND MEDICAL OFFICER. LAST DATE — 31/03/2021

 

1. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (GENERAL ADMINISTRATION)

No. of Vacancies: 30 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree or equivalent with 55% of marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD Candidates)
OR
ACA/AICWA/ACS
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Law or 05 years integrated course in Law with 55% of marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PWD Candidates)

Age Limit: 30 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.60000 — Rs.180000

 

2. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (TECHNICAL)

No. of Vacancies: 27 Nos.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks.
OR B.Tech degree or B.E degree in Food Science from a recognized University/ an institution approved by the AICTE with minimum 55% marks;
OR B.Tech degree or B.E degree in Food Science & Technology or Food Technology or Food Processing Technology or Food Process Engineering or Food Processing or Food Preservation Technology from a recognized University/ an institution approved by the AICTE with minimum 55% marks.
OR B.Tech. degree or BE degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University/an institution approved by the AICTE with minimum 55% marks.
OR B.Tech degree or B.E degree in Bio-Technology or Industrial Bio-Technology or Bio-Technology or Bio-Chemical Engineering or Agricultural BioTechnology from a recognized University/ an institution approved by the AICTE with minimum 55% marks
NOTE: 50% marks required instead of 55% marks in case of candidates from SC/ST/PWD category.

Age Limit: 28 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.60000 — Rs.180000

 

3. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (ACCOUNTS)

No. of Vacancies: 22 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Associate membership of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India or The Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Age Limit: 28 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.60000 — Rs.180000

 

4. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (LAW)

No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos.

Educational Qualification: Full time Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute AND minimum 05 years of post qualification experience.

Age Limit: 33 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.60000 — Rs.180000

 

5. MEDICAL OFFICER

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.

Educational Qualification: MBBS and minimum 3 years’ experience.

Age Limit: 35 years as on 01/01/2021

Pay Scale: Rs.50000 — Rs.160000

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: The selection process will be consisting of Online Test and Interview. Examination will be conducted at various centres across India.

Candidates applying from West Bengal may choose Kolkata as their examination centre. The examination will be conducted online in venues given in the respective call letters.

NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST/PWBD AND WOMEN CANDIDATES.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO FOOD CORPORATION OF INDIA (FCI) AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
