Educational Qualification —
For Technician: Matriculation and ITI Trade certificate/ NAC in relevant Trades. Candidates must have 1 year post qualification experience in line in Oil/ Gas/ Petrochemicals/ Chemicals/ Fertiliser/ Power/ Steel Industry.
For Operator (Chemical): Bachelor’s degree in Science with subjects of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with minimum 55% marks or B.Sc (Hons.) in Chemistry with minimum 55% marks. Candidates must have one year post qualification experience year post qualification experience in line in Oil/ Gas/ Petrochemicals/ Chemicals/ Fertiliser/ Power/ Steel Industry.
For Assistant (S&P/ HR): Bachelor Degree with minimum 55 % marks and minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m in English (in computer). Candidates should be proficient in operations of personal computer. Candidates must have 1 year post qualification experience in the field.
For Account Assistant: B.Com with minimum 55% marks and minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m in English (in computer). Candidates should be proficient in operations of personal computer. Candidates must have 1 year post qualification experience in the field.
For Foreman (Mech/ Elect./ Chemical/ Inst./ Civil): Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks. Candidates must have 2 years post qualification experience in line in PSU/ Private Sector organization.
For Jr. Superintendent: Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks in each. Candidates should be proficient in operations of Personal Computers. Candidates must have 2 years post qualification experience in line in PSU/ Private Sector .
For Jr. Accountant: CA/ ICWA and proficiency in computer operation OR M.Com in commerce with minimum 60% marks and proficiency in computer. Candidates must have 2 years post qualification experience in line in PSU/ Private Sector organization.
N.B: Only Full Time Regular courses will be considered. Wherever minimum qualifying percentage of marks have been specified as 55 % or 60%, relaxed minimum educational qualification(s) percentage in respect of SC, ST, and PWD candidates is 50% or 55% respectively. SC/ ST candidates applying for a post marked unreserved (UR) will not be provided any relaxation in minimum qualifying percentage of marks in educational qualification
Age Limit: Maximum 30 yrs for the posts in Serial No.1 to 07 and maximum 32yrs for the posts in Serial No.08 to 14, as on 21/09/2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
