1. Private Secretary: 18 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma Certificate in Stenography/ Shorthand in English with a minimum speed of 120 words per minute in Shorthand and 50 words per minute typing speed of a computer. Due weightage will be given to a Law Graduate.
Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 38 years as on 19/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.12000/- – Rs.40000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.5900/-
2. Senior Personal Assistant: 06 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma in Stenography/ Shorthand in English with a minimum speed of 100 words per minute in Shorthand and 40 words per minute typing speed on a computer. Due weightage will be given to a Law Graduate.
Age Limit: Not less than 18 years and not more than 38 years as on 19/10/2015
Pay Scale: Rs.8000/- – Rs.35000/- and Grade Pay: Rs.4300/-
Upper Age Relaxation: By 05 years in case of candidates belonging to SC and ST category only
Candidates’ Selection: Selection will be through Written Examination (Objective and Descriptive type), Stenography test (Dictation and transcription) and Viva-voce/ Interview.
