1. GENERAL MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (Head Office, GLPC Ltd.)
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate degree/ 02 year PG Diploma in Social Work, Social Sciences, NGO Management, Rural Development.
OR
ii) MBA/ PGDM (02 years) in Finance/ Banking & Finance from a recognized University.
OR
iii) Post Graduate degree/ Diploma (02 years) in Social Work, Rural Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities.
OR
iv) MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM- Marketing, Business Management, Rural Management.
OR
v) Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry with Post-Graduate in Management/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ AgriBusiness Management/ Social Work/ Rural Studies from a recognized University.
OR
vi) Post Graduate degree/ 02 year PG Diploma in HR, Social Work from a reputed Institute.
OR
vii) B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. IT or Computer Science/ MBA (Systems or IT) or Equivalent (02 years recognized PG Qualification).
Experience: Should have 10 to 15 years and above experience relevant to the post.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.60000 per month
2. PROJECT MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos. (Head Office, GLPC Ltd.)
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate degree in MSW/ Social Sciences/ NGO Management/ Rural Development from a recognized University.
OR
ii) MBA/ PGDBM (02 years) in Finance/ Banking from a recognized University.
OR
iii) Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Sciences or Rural Development And Graduation with either Business Management/ Financial Management/ Statistics/ Accounts & Audit/ Economics; as core subjects from a recognized University.
OR
iv) MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM in Marketing/ Rural Management from a recognized University.
OR
v) Bachelor Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry with Post-Graduate in Management/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Animal Husbandry/ AgriBusiness Management/ Social Work/ Rural Studies from a recognized University.
OR
vi) Post Graduate degree/ 02 year PG Diploma in HR from a recognized University.
Experience: Should have 05 years and above relevant to the post.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40000 per month
3. DISTRICT LIVELIHOOD MANAGER
No. of Vacancies: 08 Nos. (For District Rural Development Agency (DRDA))
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in MBA/ MSW/ Rural Management/ NGO Management from a recognized University.
Experience: Should have 06 years and above relevant to the post.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs.50000 per month
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for Reserved candidates.
