POSTS IN GOA POLICE DEPARTMENT
- POLICE CONSTABLE DRIVER (GRADE-III)
No. of Vacancies: 31 Nos. (UR-19, ST-05, OBC-02, EXSM-03, Sportperson-02)
Educational Qualification: Secondary School Certificate Examination or equivalent.
Candidates must have valid driving licence for heavy /Light vehicles.
Knowledge of konkani is essential.
Home Guard can also apply.
Physical Standard:
Height: 168 cm
Chest: (Unexpanded) -78.74 cms and (Expanded)- 83.80cm.
Experience: Two years of experience as Driver.
Desirable: Ability to drive heavy vehicle and Knowledge of Marathi.

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Trade Test, Practical Test.
