WESTERN COALFIELDS LIMITED INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 303 GRADUATE APPRENTICE AND TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE. LAST DATE — 19/05/2020
1. GRADUATE APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 101 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Full time Degree course (BE/ B.Tech/ AMIE) in Mining Engineering from recognized Institutions.
ii) Enrolled at NATS portal.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9000 per month
2. TECHNICIAN APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 202 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Full time Diploma in Mining/ Mining & Mine Surveying from recognized Institution.
ii) Enrolled at NATS portal.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.8000 per month
The candidates will be engaged as Apprentice for a period of One year under the Apprentices Act 1961 (amended till date).
Selected candidates will be posted for Apprenticeship at different mines of Western Coalfields Limited.
Candidates will not be eligible for engagement as Apprentices in any one of the case below:-
i) Who have passed qualifying examination before 30/06/2017.
OR
ii) Who have have undertaken any previous training as a part of the apprenticeship programme (except as Sandwich student).
OR
iii) Who have undergone presently Apprenticeship Training at any establishment.
OR
iv) Who are in the employment elsewhere.
OR
v) Who is undergoing any regular course of study as regular candidate from any Educational Institute.
OR
vi) Who have been provided with One year’s Practical Training after completing qualifying examination i.e. (Degree/ Diploma) in any mine.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Document Verification and any other stage of engagement process (if any).
