Educational Qualification: A degree in Engineering or Technology from recognized University/ Institution in relevant discipline.
2. TECHNICIAN (DIPLOMA) APPRENTICE
No. of Vacancies: 19 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Mechanical Engineering- 07 posts
ii) Electrical Engineering/ EEE- 06 posts
iii) Civil Engineering- 04 posts
iv) CSE/ IT- 02 posts
Educational Qualification: A Diploma in Engineering or Technology from a recognized State Council or Board of Technical Education or University in relevant discipline.
The vacancies are for undergoing One (01) year Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973 at Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Visakhapatnam.
Only Graduate/ Diploma holders in Engineering who have passed out during Nov. 2017/ 2018/ 2019 and 2020 are eligible to apply.
Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, and/ or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.
Candidates’ Selection: The final rank list would be prepared according to categories General/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ after conducting Certificate Verification comprising of ADT BoAT (SR) and officials Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates should first enroll themselves as Apprentices through the following Govt. web portal — www.mhrdnats.gov.in on or before 01/10/2020 and after the enrollment the candidates should apply online for the apprenticeship training through the same portal from dated 26/09/2020 to 06/10/2020.
Note:- The candidates who have already enrolled in the Govt. Web Portal and having login details can directly proceed to apply online. They are not required to enroll themselves again.
Upon successful submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO HINDUSTAN SHIPYARD LIMITED AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
