RITES Limited, under Ministry of Railways, is recruiting eligible engineering degree candidates for the posts of “Graduate Executive Trainees (GETs)” in the discipline of – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical and Electronics & Communication Engineering. GRADUATE EXECUTIVE TRAINEES (GETs)
Break up of vacancies as per Discipline wise —
- Civil Engineering: 30 Nos.
- Mechanical Engineering: 25 Nos.
- Metallurgical Engineering: 5 Nos.
- Electrical Engineering: 5 Nos.
- Electronics & Communication Engineering: 2 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Full time) in relevant Engineering discipline i.e. Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Metallurgical / Electronics & Communication Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) or equivalent Grade.
Essential Requirement: The candidates who have qualified GATE 2013 in their respective discipline i.e. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering are eligible to apply for Graduate Engineering Trainees- 2013. Candidates will be required to submit their original GATE – 2013 score card for verification at the time of Interview.
Age Limit: Between 21yrs to 30yrs as on 18-09-2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Others – As per norms.
Selection of the candidates will be on basis of performance in GATE 2013 and followed by Personal Interview (See the ADvt. link below for details)
Application Fee:
Rs.500/- for General and OBC candidate AND Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates. No application fee for PWD candidates. The prescribed fee is to be deposited in any branches of Indian Bank by means of Fee payment challan. Candidates may print-out the fee challan from the website of RITES Ltd (See below link)
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply Online from the official website of RITES — www.rites.com (See the live URL given below) on or before 18th October, 2013.
Upon successful submission of Online application, the system will generate a Registration Slip with unique Registration Number and will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it and then along with testimonials should send it to the below address by SPEED POST which must reach by 28th October, 2013. The candidates must keep one copy of print-out Registration slip with them for proof of application.
The print-out Registration Slip must be enclosed with copy of GATE 2013 scorecard, attested copies of educational, experience certificates , 2 recent passport size colour photographs, all supporting certificates applicable for age relaxation and fee relaxation & RITES copy of payment challan.
