1. GRADUATE TRAINEE (MINES)
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos.
Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Mining or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).

2. GRADUATE TRAINEE (PROCESS)

6. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (PERSONNEL/ WELFARE)

Educational Qualification: i) P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
OR
P.G.Degree/ Diploma (02 years duration) in IRPM/ Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
OR
MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ HRD from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST candidates).
ii) Preference will be given to Law Graduate.

7. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
No. of Vacancies: 06 Nos.
Educational Qualification: CA/ ICWA/ CMA from recognized Institute.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 09/03/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.50000 — Rs.160000
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
The selected candidates will undergo Training for one year. The candidates will be placed in the scale of pay of Rs.50,000- 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of Rs. 50,000/- per month as a consolidated amount during the training period. On successful and satisfactory completion of training the candidates will be on Probation for one year.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Computer Based Online Test and Personal Interview. The Computer Based Online Test will be tentatively held on 29/3/2020 in Bengaluru, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Nagpur.
