Repco Home Finance Limited (RHFL) requires Graduate Trainee on retainer basis of one year contract period, however if the performance of candidate is found satisfactory then trainee will be given a permanent place in the company. GRADUATE TRAINEE
Educational Qualification: Graduation, preferable B.Com through Regular mode. Candidates with Graduation from Open University are not eligible to apply.
Preference will be given to the candidates who have prior experience in operation/ sales/ retail credit.
Candidates shall be fluent in Bengali beside English.
Age: Maximum 25yrs as on 01-05-2014.
The engagement of the Trainee will be purely on contractual basis for one year duration. However, after completion of training, if the performance is found satisfactory, trainee will be given suitable opportunity for regularization under suitable cadre under the extant rules & regulations of the Company.
