Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
Sports Qualification:
i) Represented the Country in Olympics Games (Senior Category).
OR
ii) Atleast 3rd position in any of the following:-
a) World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category) or
b) World Championships (Junior/ Senior Category) or
c) Asian Games (Senior Category) or
d) Commonwealth Games (Senior Category).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.25500-81100/ 29200-92300/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/2800/-

Educational Qualification: Passed 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination from recognized Institution.
Sports Qualification:
i) Represented the country in any of the following:-
a) World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category) or
b) World Championships (Junior/ Senior Category) or
c) Asian Games (Senior Category) or
d) Commonwealth Games (Senior Category).
ii) At least 3rd Position in any of the following:-
a) Commonwealth Championship (Junior/ Senior Category) or
b) Asian Championships/ Asia Cup (Junior/ Senior Category) or
c) South Asian Federations (SAF) Games (Senior Category) or
d) USIC (World Railways) Championships (Senior Category).
OR
iii) At least 3rd Position in Senior/ Youth/ Junior National Championships.
OR
iv) At least 3rd Position in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympics Association.
OR
v) At least 3rd Position in All India Inter University Championship organized under the ageis of Association of Indian Universities.
OR
vi) 1st Position in the Federation Cup Championship (Senior Category).
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.19900-63200/ 21700-69100/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/2000/-
Note: Only those sportspersons who have acquired the above sports achievements from 01/04/2017 to 10/08/2019 and are active will be eligible to apply.
The vacancies are against Sports Quota through Open Advertisement for the year 2019-2020 over Western Railway.
The selected candidates will be on Probation for two years.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Trials, Assessment of Sports Achievements, Educational Qualification and Document Verification.
