Educational Qualification:
i) For posts having GP-Rs.1900/ 2000:- Pass in 10+2 or its equivalent.
ii) For posts having GP-Rs.2400 (Technical):- Pass 10+2 in Science i.e. Maths or Physics or equivalent.
iii) For posts having GP-Rs.2800:- A University Degree or its equivalent.
Sports Qualification:
i) For posts having GP-Rs.2400/ 2800:-
Represented the Country in Olympic Games (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in any of the following Championships/ events namely- World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category), World Championships (Junior/ Senior Category), Asian Games (Senior Category) and Common Wealth Games (Senior Category).
ii) For posts having GP-Rs.1900/ 2000:-
Represented the Country in any of the following Championships/ events namely- World Cup (Junior/ Senior Category), World Championships (Junior/ Senior Category), Asian Games (Senior Category) and Common Wealth Games (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in any of the following Championships/ events namely- Common wealth Championship (Junior/ Senior Category), Asian Championships/ Asia Cup (Junior/ Senior Category), South Asian Federations (SAF) Games (Senior Category) and USIC (World Railways) Championships (Senior Category) OR at least 3rd position in Senior/ Youth/ Junior National Championships OR at least 3rd position in National Games organized under the aegis of Indian Olympics Association OR at least 3rd Position in All India Inter University Championship organized under the ageis of Association of Indian Universities OR 1st position in the Federation Cup Championship (Senior category).
Note: The sports achievements of 01/04/2017 or later will only be considered.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01/01/2020.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 — Rs.20200
The vacancies are against Sports Quota for the year 2019-20. Both Men and Women candidates are eligible to apply.
Only Sportsperson possessing the above mentioned Sports Qualifications are eligible to apply.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of performance in Trials and evaluation of Sports and Educational Achievements.
