Assistant Superintendent (HR)
- Candidates must complete BBA or Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Personal Management/Industrial Relations from any recognized Institute/University.
Assistant Superintendent (Hindi Translator)
- You need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi from a recognized University or Institute. English should be one of the subjects you study, either as a compulsory or optional subject. Additionally, you should have completed at least a one-year diploma in Hindi translation, which means you can translate from Hindi to English and vice versa.
Assistant Superintendent (CS)
- Candidates should have completed their Graduation with Inter Company Secretary (CS).
Technical Assistant (Electrical)
- The candidate should possess a minimum of 03 years of full-time Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University.
Technical Assistant (Instrumentation)
- The candidate should possess a minimum of 03 years of full-time Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized Institute/University.
Technical Assistant (Mechanical)
- The candidate should possess a minimum of 03 years of full-time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University.

Goa Shipyard Limited Recruitment Application Fees
You need to pay a Rs.200 application fee (which you won’t get back) online using SBI e-pay. You can pay with a debit card, credit card, net banking, or other online methods. If you don’t pay the fee as required, your application may be rejected. However, if you’re from SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen category, you don’t have to pay this fee according to the Government of India rules. Also, if you’re already working internally and applying for these posts, you don’t need to pay any fee.
- After submitting your payment information in the online application form, please wait for the intimation from the server. Do not press the back or refresh button to avoid double charges.
- On successful completion of the transaction, a “Fee receipt” would be generated. Candidates have to download and take print of the fee receipt.
- Non-generation of ‘Fee Receipt’ indicates PAYMENT FAILURE. In case of failure of payment, candidates are advised to log in again and repeat the process of payment.

Documents Required to Apply Online
Candidates are advised to keep scanned copies (preferably JPG/PDF format) of the following documents before proceeding to fill up the Online Application:
- Take a passport-sized photo: Make sure it has a light background, preferably white, and that no objects are blocking your face or eyes. The file size should be below 450 kb.
- Sign a white paper with black ink: Your signature should be on plain white paper using a pen, not digitally. Then, scan the paper with your signature. The file size should also be below 450 kb.
- Scan your SSC certificate: This serves as proof of your date of birth. Ensure the scanned copy is not more than 500 kb in size.
- Scan your educational qualification documents: This includes your mark sheets and degree certificates. The file size should be kept under 1 Mb.
- Scan your caste/disability/ex-serviceman certificate: If applicable, make sure these documents are scanned and not more than 500 kb.
- Scan any experience certificates you have: If you have work experience, scan these certificates. Keep the file size under 1 Mb.
- Keep a copy of your online transaction receipt: Scan this document, ensuring it’s not more than 500 kb.
