Educational Qualification for HAL Recruitment 2023
(1) Chief Manager/ Senior Manager/ Deputy Manager (Civil) – The Candidates must have passed A degree in Engineering/ Technology in Civil Engineering from Institutes/ Universities recognized
OR
Candidates must have possessing AMIE in Civil Engineering.
(2) Manager (IMM)/ Deputy Manager (IMM)/ Engineer (IMM) – The Candidates must have passed A degree in Engineering/ Technology or its equivalent from Institutes / Universities recognized.
(3) Deputy Manager (Finance) & Finance Officer – The Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree with a pass in final examination of CA / ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
(4) Deputy Manager (Human Resources) – The Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree with PG Degree /PG Diploma /MBA /MSW /MA with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Management / Organizational Development/ Human Resource Development/ Labour Welfare etc., from Institutes/ Universities recognized.
(5) Deputy Manager (Legal) – The Candidates must have Bachelor of Law [5 years integrated course after (10+2)] [OR] Bachelor degree with Bachelor of Law from Institutes/ Universities recognized.

i) Grade II – UR/ EWS: 35 years, OBC (NCL): 38 years, SC/ ST: 40 years.
ii) Grade III, IV, V – UR/ EWS: 45 years, OBC (NCL): 48 years, SC/ ST: 50 years.
iii) Grade VI, VII – UR/ EWS: 48 years, OBC (NCL): 51 years, SC/ ST: 53 years.
