SAFETY OFFICER – 01 Post
Educational Qualification: Degree in any branch of Engineering / Technology with 2 years of relevant work experience in supervisory capacity OR Degree in Physics or Chemistry with minimum 05 years of experience in supervisory capacity OR Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology with minimum 05 years of experience in supervisory capacity.
AND
Possesses a Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by the Central Govt., and has adequate knowledge of the language spoken by majority of the workers in the port in which he is to be appointed.

Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.47800/-
Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): 62 years as on 01/05/2021.
Candidates’ Selection: The engagement will be for a period of 02 (Two) years and on expiry of the said period, the contractual engagement will be automatically terminated. However, on expiry of the contract, HDC / SMP, Kolkata reserves the right to enter into a fresh contract for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties
