- The applicant must submit an online application using the website hartronservices.com. Under no circumstances will applications submitted by any other method, including manual or paper, be accepted.
- Using the internet, a candidate can sign up and submit an application from any location.
- The applicant must possess a current, legitimate personal email address. An applicant should create a new email ID before submitting an online application if they do not already have a working personal email address. It needs to be active during the entire procedure.
- Complete the registration form with all of the necessary information. After completing the online application form, the candidate may choose the relevant reservation category, if available, for which they have the required documentation as of the application’s deadline.
- Once registration is complete, the candidate can submit an application online using their registration number and birthdate.
- The applicant must have a scanned copy of a current passport-size photo and signature before submitting an online application. The scanned image’s file size should be less than 100 kb. The scanned image or signature may only be in.jpg or.gif format.
