Step 7: Upload the required documents as per the guidelines provided. The mandatory documents to be uploaded include:
- Scanned copy of educational qualification and matriculation certificate showing the date of birth and other relevant details.
- Scan copy of SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESM certificate, certificate of family members of ESM, and children/grandchildren of freedom fighters.
- A scanned copy of the certificate claiming weight/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience.
- Scanned photograph.
- Scanned signature of the candidate.
- Scan copy of all documents showing higher qualification, experience, etc., as per criteria if applicable.
- Haryana Bonafide Resident Certificate if applicable.
- Equivalence certificate, if applicable.
- EWS Certificate is valid for 2023-2024 as per Annexure-III.
- BC-A/BC-B category certificate valid for 2023-2024.
- Experience Certificate issued by the concerned Competent Authority as per Annexure-I.
- Declaration Certificate as per Annexure-VI. (Declaration must be written in the candidate’s hand in English as well as Hindi).
- Discharge Certificate/Book, if discharged from Armed Forces for (ESM).
- Eligibility certificate for family members of ESM.
- Eligibility Certificate and Disability Certificate for dependents of disabled ESM.
- Certificate for children/grandchildren of freedom fighters.
- Format of the certificate (for any government job in the family): Refer by Executive Magistrate/Tahsildar while filling out the application form Annexure-II should be attested.
Step 8: Review the filled application form and uploaded documents carefully to avoid any mistakes or discrepancies.
Step 9: Pay the application fee, if applicable, as per the instructions provided.
Step 10: Submit the application form online.
Step 11: After successfully submitting the application form, take a printout of the form along with all the uploaded documents.
