Qualification Required: Graduate (Master degree) candidates with minimum 45% aggregate marks in Commerce stream (without Honors) OR 40% marks in Commerce stream (with Honors) with 40% marks in Post Graduate can apply for the post. In any above case candidates should have obtain 45% marks in his/her Matriculation and Higher secondary Exams.
Experience: Should have 10 years working experience as a Teacher in any Govt. aided, semi-govt. or govt. recognized school and should have passed B.T./ B.Ed/Post-Graduate Basic Training Course from N.C.T.E. Recognized Training centre or Institute.
Age limit: Should be between 55yrs as on 1.1.2011 i.e. should not born before 1.1.1955.
Selection Steps: Candidates will be selected through Written Test which will be conducted on 13th February-2011. Exam of Second Paper will be taken first and then will be First Paper exam; both papers will be taken on same day.
First paper will consist of 3 parts on followings: (1) Part-A. 15 marks of Short Essay Types question. Answer should be written on English only. (2) Part-B. 15 marks of Short Essay Type questions. Answers can be written on either English or Bengali. (3) Part-c 15 marks of Short Essay Type questions, answers should be written on English only. Obtaining of 40% marks in this paper will be taken as qualifying marks.
Second paper will consist of 20 nos. Objective Multiple Choice Type Questions of 10 marks.
On basis of marks obtained in written test and previous qualification, experience and academic merit, short list will be prepared.
