Govt. of West Bengal, Dept. of Health & Family Welfare, National Rural Health Mission is Recruiting 500 HS Pass boys as Health Worker. Details given below:
Total nos. of vacant post is 500; Reservation for SC-22%; ST-6% and OBC-7%.
Multipurpose Health Worker (Male only can apply) in Malaria prone blocks health sub-centres of the below given Districts:
1. Coochbehar: Total 100 Nos.
Coochbehar-2 (Pundibari) block- 20nos. Tufanganj-1 (Natabari) Block-30nos.; Tufanganj-2 Block-17nos.; Dinhata-1Block- 15nos.; Sitai Block- 3nos. Matabanga- 1Block-3nos.; Matabanga- 2 Block- 2 nos.; Sitalkuchi Block- 5nos.
2. Birbhum: Total 100 Nos.
Rampurhat-2 Block- 20 nos.; Saithia- 20 nos.; Dubrajpur- 10 nos.; Suri-1 Block- 4 nos.; Khoirashole- 6 nos.; Rajnagar- 5 nos.; Muhammadbazar- 5nos.; Rampurhat- 1 Block- 5 Nos.; Nalhati- 1 Block- 5 nos.; Murari- 10 nos.
3. West Medinipur: Total- 112 nos.
Binpur 1 Block- 2nos; Binpur 2 Block- 12nos; Jambani- 20 nos; Jhargram-20nos; Gopiballavpur 1 Block- 10 nos; Gopiballapur 2 Block- 10nos; Nayagram- 20 nos.
4. Purulia: Total 88 Nos.
Burrabazar- 12 nos; Balarampur- 8nos; Bangmundi- 8nos; Bandoan- 4nos; Arsha- 5nos; Neturi- 5nos; Jhalda 1 Block- 7nos; Jaipur- 3nos; Manbazar 2 Block- 12nos; Santuri- 6nos; Manbazar 1 Block- 12nos.
5. Bankura: Total 100 Nos.
Taldangra- 10nos; Ranibandh- 6nos; Onda- 10nos; Indpur-10 nos; Raipur- 15nos; Shaltora- 15nos; Chatna- 10nos; Radhanagar- 10nos; Amarkanan- 10nos; Sarenga- 4nos.
All the above appointment will be made on contract basis for 11 month and which may be renewal/ increased later.
Qualification required for the post is minimum Higher Secondary Pass (10+2)/equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biological Sciences from a recognized board.
candidates, for all the above posts, must be able to speak, read and write in Bengali.
Age should be between 18-37yrs as on 31.1.2011 (42 for SC/ST candidates and 40 yrs for OBC)
Pay per month Rs. 6000 (consolidated)
Candidates applying for the post should enclose the following documents:
- Attested copy of Admit card/Certificate of M.P/equiv. in support of age proof.
- Attested copy of HS (10+2)/equivalent mark sheet.
- Attested copy of Permanent Resident Certificate of the block for which the candidates applies from the concerned Sabhapati of Panchayat Samiti/Voter ID/Ration Card.
- Attested copy of SC/ST/OBC certificate from competent authority (only for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
- 3 nos. pass port size photograph with self sign on it. One affixed with the application and other enclosed.
- 2 nos. Self-addressed adequately postal stamp affixed envelopes (23x10cm)
How to apply: Application can be prepared on a plain paper as given format and should be enclosed with all the above mentioned documents. Application should be submitted personally to the concerned Chief Health Director of the District. After submitting the application, a receipt will be given as a token to the candidates for submission of the application. Keep this receipt carefully.
Last date of Application: Candidates should submit their application within 10.2.2011.
