MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (Non- Technical): 22 posts

1. HR: 10 posts
Educational Qualification: Full time 2 years of Post Graduate Degree/PG Diploma- 1st class with minimum 60%marks (55% marks in case of SC, ST and PH) in personnel Management & Industrial Relations or MBA-HR/ Social work with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or equivalent
2. Finance: 10 posts
Educational qualification: CA/ICWA final pass
3. Law: 02 posts
Educational qualification: Full Time Bachelors Degree 1st class 60% marks (55% marks in case of SC, ST and PH)
Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): Maximum- 29 years as on 01.12.2015. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Pay Scales (For all above posts/discipline): Rs. 16, 400 – Rs.40, 400/- and Grade Pay – as per Govt. norms per month.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering-2015 / Score in GATE-2015 / Interview. For Management Trainee (Non-Technical) candidates will be selected through Written Test / Interview. Written Test will be held at Ranchi.
Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of two years. During first year of training they shall be paid monthly stipend of Rs. 16, 400/-
Note: Candidates should be physically fit.
