CONTROLLERATE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE (HEAVY VEHICLES) INVITES APPLICATION FOR 7 STENOGRAPHER, DRIVER, TECHNICIAN. LAST DATE – 21 DAYS.

 

1. Stenographer — 2 posts. (OBC—1; UR—1)
Qualification: Class 12 pass or equivalent and Shorthand at 80 words per minute for 10 minutes and transcription of same within 50 minutes (if English) and 65 minutes (if Hindi)
Age: 18—27yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2400/-

 

2. Civilian Motor Driver: 1 post (SC)
Qualification: Class 10 pass or equivalent and 04yrs experience in driving heavy vehicles with valid driving licencse.
Age: 18—27yrs.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1900/-

 

3. Technician (Semi-Skilled): 4 posts. (Gen—2; OBC—1; SC—1)
Qualification: ITI pass certificate in any one of the following trades — (a) Machinist (b) Fitter, (c) Instrument Mechanic and (d) Welder or their equivalent Defence Services Tradesman Course
Age: 18—27yrs
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-

 

The selection of candidates will be based on Preliminary Screening of applications, Written Test followed by Stenography Skill Test (for the post of Stenographer)/Driving skill Test for the post of Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade) and respective Trade test for the posts of Technician (Semi Skilled) followed by interview. Exact date and venue will be intimated in due course.
