Educational Qualification:
i) Minimum Madhyamik pass or equivalent exam passed.
ii) Must be a Female candidate.
iii) Should be married/ divorced/ widowed.
Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 35 years.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.3,125/- per month.
The vacancies are under Urban Primary Health Centers (UPHCs), Siliguri Municipal Corporation. The candidates will be appointed on Contract basis for the period upto 31/03/2019 and may be continued further based on performance of the candidates.
Candidates from slum/ vulnerable population from respective wards (wards number mentioned above) are only eligible to apply.
The selected candidates will undergo Induction training for 05 days.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
