1. Personal Assistant: 04 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree.
Preference will be given to the candidates possessing Degree in Law.
Candidates must possess Qualify Government Commercial Certificate Examination or Examination conducted by Government Board or I.T.I. Or Credible Institute for Speed of 120 words per minute in English Shorthand and 50 words per minute in English Typing.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on date of advertisement
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
2. Shorthand Writer (Lower Grade): 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree.
Preference being given to candidates possessing Degree in Law.
Candidates should possess Qualify Government Commercial Certificate Examination or Examination conducted by Government Board or I.T.I. OR Credible Institute for Speed of 80 words per minute in English Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Typing.
Candidates must possess certificate of Proficiency/Computer knowledge in operation of Word processor, M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Word Star-7 or Linux from recognised institute.
Knowledge of Konkani is required.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-40 years as on date of advertisement
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4300/-
3. Assistant Librarian: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree and certificate in Library and Information Science with 3 years experience of working as Library Clerk or in equivalent or higher post in any Government, University, College, School, or Public Library.
Candidates should possesses knowledge in operating Computer i.e. MSCIT Certificate or DOEACC’s, CCC, O, A, B or C level Certificate or CDAC’s 6 months Diploma Certificate or Degree or Diploma in Computer Application
Knowledge of Konkani is required.
Age Limit: Minimum-25 years and maximum-40 years as on date of advertisement
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
4. Clerk: 32 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Degree
Preference being given to the holders of Degree in Law.
Candidates must have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or Examination conducted by Government Board or I.T.I. OR Credible Institute for English Typing with Speed of 40 words per minute.

6. Sweeper: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Passed at least IV Standard examination and have adequate experiences.
Knowledge of Konkani is required.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on date of advertisement
Pay Scale: Rs.4440/- Rs.7440/- and Grade Pay Rs.1300/-
Desirable Qualification for all above post: Knowledge of Marathi
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Examination in Shorthand, Typing and Viva-Voce, Written/Screening Test, Practical Test wherever applicable.
