CIVIL JUDGES
No. of Vacancies: 75 Nos. (UR-39, SC-05, ST-11, SEBC-20. Out of the total posts, 02 posts are reserved for PWD)
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a Degree in Law from a recognized University
AND
a) Must be practicing as an Advocate in Courts of Civil and / or Criminal Jurisdiction.
OR
b) Must be working in the Courts or other Allied Departments.
Candidates must possess certificate certifying to be possessing Basic Knowledge of Computer Application / Operation of recognized institute.
Note: Candidates, who have passed the Degree in Law from the academic year 2009-2010 and onwards, must have also passed the All India Bar Examination, in order to be considered as eligible for being termed as a Practicing Advocate. Candidates working in the Courts or other Allied Departments, must be holding LL.B. Degree of 03 years’ Course or 05 years’ Course from the recognised University. Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 06/06/2018. Upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years for SC/ST/SEBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen.
Pay Scale: Rs. 27,700 – 44,850/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Preliminary Examination, Main Written Examination and Viva-voce Test. The Preliminary Examination and Main Written Examination will tentatively be held on 09/09/2018 and 14/10/2018 respectively. Viva-voce Test will be held in the month of November / December, 2018.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST/SEBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO ANYWHERE AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
