1. Clerks/Proof Readers: 17 Nos. (UR-11, SC-03, ST-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5910/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
2. Junior Office Assistant (on contract basis.): 14 Nos. (UR-11, SC-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) B. Tech in Computers or I.T. or Electronics & Communication Engineering/ MCA/B.Sc. (IT)/ PGDCA or equivalent OR ii) 10+2 or equivalent qualification plus BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) OR Matriculation plus Polytechnic Diploma in Computers or I.T. or Electronics OR 10+2 or equivalent qualification plus DCA (Diploma in Computer Application)/ I.T.I. diploma in Computers or equivalent Diploma in Information Technology or Computers/ Computer Science or ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Diploma from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5910/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1950/-
3. Clerk: 48 Nos. (UR-34, SC-07, ST-02, OBC-05)
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree and having basic knowledge in computers and candidates shall have to qualify Typing test with speed of 30 W.P.M in English on computers.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5910/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
4. Clerk (On Contract basis): 24 Nos. (UR-12, SC-05, St-02, OBC-04, PWD-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduation degree and having basic knowledge in computers and candidates shall have to qualify Typing test with speed of 30 W.P.M in English on computers.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5910/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Screening Test, Mains/Written & Typing Test and Personal Interview/Viva-Voce Test.
Screening Test will be held on 10/09/2016. Mains/Written & Typing Test will be held on 25/09/2016 and Personal Interview will be held on 03/10/2016
Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for reserved category) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Note: Candidates will first require to visit State Bank of India’s website for fee payment and then only can proceed for online application form. Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and other copy, along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), is to be send at the below given address so as to reach on or before 28/08/2016
