HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND, RANCHI INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 181 POSTS OF PERSONAL ASSISTANT AND ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER. LAST DATE — 24.05.2018
1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
No. of Vacancies: 32 Nos. (UR-10, ST-12, SC-04, BC-06)
Educational Qualification: i) Must be Graduate from a recognized University.
ii) Should have a speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and typing speed of 40 wpm in English on computer.
iii) Candidates must be well acquainted with the computer application.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.04.2018
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300- 34800/- with G.P. of Rs. 4600/-
2. ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER – CIVIL COURTS
No. of Vacancies: 145 Nos. (UR-42, ST-56, SC-32, BC-15)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate from a recognized University.
ii) Should have a speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and typing speed of 40 wpm in English on computer.
iii) Candidates must be well acquainted with the computer application.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.04.2018
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,500- 81,100/-
3. ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER – FAMILY COURTS
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR) (one post for each Judgeship of the district Deoghar, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur, Garhwa & Godda)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate from a recognized University.
ii) Should have a speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and typing speed of 40 wpm in English on computer.
iii) Candidates must be well acquainted with the computer application.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on 01.04.2018
Pay Scale: Rs. 19,900- 63,200/-
The vacancies for the post of Personal Assistant are in High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi and the vacancies for English Stenographer are for Civil Courts & Family Courts of the State of Jharkhand. The candidates selected for the post of Personal Assistant will be appointed on Temporary basis. Reserved Category candidates of other state will be treated as General Category candidate.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 02 years for BC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Stenography, Typing Test and Personality Test/ Viva voce test.
