2. Stenographer (Lower Grade): 20 Nos. in Select list and 20 Nos. in Wait list.
Pay scale: Rs.9300—Rs.34800 and Grade pay: Rs.4300/- plus other allowances.
Qualification Required: Degree in any discipline. Reference will be given if the candidates is possessing Degree in Law.
Candidates must have qualified the Examination of Shorthand and Typing from recognized board/ ITI with speed of 100 words per minute or above in English Shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Typing.
Must posses computer proficiency certificate (MS Office, Word and Etc) from recognized Institutes.
Age limits: between 21yrs to 33yrs as on date of publication of the advt. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST and OBC will be 5yrs. Upper age limit is relaxed upto 45yrs in case of PH candidates. For more norms, refer the advt.
How to Apply: eligible and interested candidates may apply on prescribed format or can be prepared on plain paper as per the format. Paste one recent passport size photograph on it and signed across it in such a manner that part of the signature should come on photograph and remaining on portion of application form.
Application fee: Candidates should prepare an Indian Postal Order (IPO) of Rs.100/– drawn in the name of “The Registrar [Personnel], High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay”. Candidates should enclose the Postal Order with the application form.
Candidates applying for both posts should prepare separate Postal Order as well as apply on separate application form for each post.
Application form should be enclosed with Attested copies of qualification certificates and marksheets (from Madhyamik onwards), Shorthand/ typing / computer proficiency certificate, experience certificate, if any, Age proof, Domicile certificate, PH/ Caste certificate and Etc.
Enclose one self addressed envelope with affixed postal stamp.
