HIGH COURT OF MADRAS INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 367 CHOBDAR, OFFICE ASSISTANT, COOK, WATERMAN, ROOM BOY, WATCHMAN, BOOK RESTORER AND LIBRARY ATTENDANT. LAST DATE — 21/04/2021
1. Chobdar – 40 Posts
2. Office Assistant – 310 Posts
3. Cook – 1 post
4. Waterman – 1 post
5. Room Boy – 4 posts
6. Watchman – 3 posts
7. Book Restorer – 2 Posts
8. Library Attendant – 6 Posts
Educational Qualification: Class VIII (8th) pass or its equivalent.
For the post of Office Assistant, preference will be given for the persons having valid LMV driving licence / experience in cooking / experience in house-keeping.
Age Limit (For all above posts/discipline): 18yrs – 35 yrs as on 01/07/2021.
Pay Scales (For all above posts/discipline): Rs.15700 – Rs.50000 per month.
Candidates’ Selection: The selection of candidates will be based on (I) Common Written Examination, (II) Practical Test and (III) Oral Test

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.500/-. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST AND PWD CANDIDATES.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO HIGH COURT OF MADRAS AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
