1. Clerk— 424 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree of Arts or Science. Candidates should have Hindi subject in 10th class and good knowledge in operation of Computers (word processing and spread sheets).
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month.
Age Limit: 18 to 42 years as on 01.01.2015.

 

2. Stenographer Grade-III — 157 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and must have proficiency in operation of computers (word processing and spread sheets). Candidates shall have knowledge of Shorthand with ability to take the shorthand test at the speed of 80 words per minute in English and transcription of the same on computer at 20 words per minute.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month
Age limit: 18 to 42yrs as on 01.01.2015

 

3. Driver — 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Middle pass with Punjabi/ Hindi as one of the subject and shall posses valid driving license for L.T.V. with 02yrs experience of driving a car.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- to Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.2400/- per month.
Age Limit: 18 to 42 years as on 01.01.2015

Upper age relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Govt. norms. See officially released advertisement for more details.

 

Application Fee:
For the post of Clerk and Stenographer: Rs.500/- for Unreserved male candidates. Rs.250/- for unreserved female candidates. Rs.125/- for SC/BC/ESM of Haryana (Rs.62 in case of female).
For the post of Driver: Rs.400/- for unreserved male candidates. Rs.200/- for unreserved female candidates and Rs.100/- for SC of Haryana (Rs.50/- in case of female)

Reserved categories of other States may apply as General/Unreserved categories and shall pay the fee in full.

Fee can be paid in cash through any branch of State Bank of India by means of fee deposit receipt which will be generated automatically upon submission of part-I of online Application form. See officially released advertisement for more details.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through written examination, Proficiency Test of Computer, Typing Test and Interview, as applicable. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated in due course.
