Number of Vacancies: 283 Nos. (UR—232; SC/ST/BC—28; Ex-Servicemen—15; PH—8)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or any other equivalent degree and proficiency in operation of Computer (Word processing and Spread sheets).
Candidates should have studied “Hindi” or “Punjabi” at least upto Matriculation standard or its equivalent.
Preference will be given to candidates who have done M.Com and/or Chartered Accountants
There will be English typing test on Computer @ 30 words per minute.
Age Limit: Minimum 18yrs and maximum 30yrs as on 06/08/2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/BC is o3yrs, PH is 10yrs and Ex-Servicemen as per norms.
Benefits of age relaxation will be given to only SC/ST/BC, PH, Ex-Serv. categories domiciles of the State of Punjab, Haryana and U.T of Chandigarh. Candidates from other States will be treated as unreserved candidates.

How to Apply: Candidates may apply on prescribed application format only which can be purchased on cash payment of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/– for SC/ST/BC/PH/Ex-Serv. of Punjab, Haryana and U.T. Chandigarh) from dated 15/07/2015 to 06/08/2015 at the sale counters at Scooter/Cycle Stand Building near Post Office in High Court premises.
Candidates may also obtained the Application form by post by sending a Bank Draft of above said amount plus Rs.50/- additional as postal charges, in favour of the Registrar General, Punjab and Haryana High Court payable at Chandigarh. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Last Date and Address: The duly filled Application form should be submitted on or before 06/08/2015 (till 5PM) at the Coordination Branch (Receipt & Dispatch) of Punjab and Haryana High Court. Candidates may also send their application in a sealed envelope by Registered Post.
Do not enclose any documents with the Application form. All the verification of eligibility/documents will be carried in due course.
