1. Translator: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Graduate with 50% marks in English and also having studied Hindi as subject at the Graduation Level and Urdu or Punjabi in matriculation examination.
Desirable qualification: candidate having studied Urdu up to degree level will be given preference.
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.10300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay-Rs.4400/-
2. Clerk/Proof: 09 Nos. (UR-06, SC-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Graduation degree
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.5910/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
3. Junior Office Assistant: 16 Nos. (UR-16)
Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Computers or I.T. or Electronics & Communication Engineering / MCA / B.Sc.(IT) / PGDCA or equivalent or +2 or equivalent qualification plus BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application) or Matriculation plus Polytechnic Diploma in Computers or I.T. or Electronics or +2 or equivalent qualification plus DCA (Diploma in Computer Application)/ I.T.I. diploma in Computers or equivalent diploma in Information Technology or Computers/ Computer Science or ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Diploma
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.5910/- Rs.20200/- and Grade pay Rs.1950/-
4. Driver: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Matriculation and must possess a valid driving license to drive the light Motor Vehicles (Transport) or Medium or Heavy (Transport) vehicles and possess such other qualification as may be prescribed by Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
Candidates must have 3 years experiences to drive the Light Motor Transport Vehicle or Medium or Heavy Vehicles (Transport).
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.5910/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2000/-
5. Driver (On daily wages): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Matriculation and must possess a valid driving license to drive the light Motor Vehicles (Transport) or Medium or Heavy (Transport) vehicles and possess such other qualification as may be prescribed by Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
Candidates must have 3 years experiences to drive the Light Motor Transport Vehicle or Medium or Heavy Vehicles (Transport).
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.235/- per day
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Screening / Written Test / interview or viva-voce.

Examination Fee:Â Candidates must pay Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- in case of SC, ST, OBC, Driver on daily wages) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking OR can be paid through Bank by means of fee payment Challan. Please follow the steps as mentioned in the officially released advertisement (Given below in PDF format). Candidates will have to make fee payment first through Bank’s (SBI) portal.
Upon successful payment of prescribed fee, the system generated payment slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and other copy, along with duly filled Acknowledgement Form (given in the PDF file below) and attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), is to be send at the below given address so as to reach on or before 22/03/2016
