SET will be conducted for the following subjects —

7. Hindi
8. History
9. Mathematical Sciences
10. Music
11. Physical Sciences
12. Physical Education
13. Sociology
14. Sanskrit
15. Political Science
16. Public Administration
17. Computer Applications
18. Tourism Administration & Management
19. Journalism & Mass Communication.
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree or equivalent examination with atleast 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC and PWD candidates) in Humanities (including languages) and Social Sciences, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. Candidates awaiting final result may also apply. Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for SET.

Application Fee: General candidates shall pay fee of Rs.700/- and SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates of Himachal Pradesh shall pay fee of Rs.175/-
SC/ST/OBC candidates of other States shall apply as General candidates and such candidates will require to pay fee in full.
Fee can be paid through online mode during submission of online application or can be paid by means of fee payment challan through any branch of Punjab National Bank.
